We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used pet products may not be eligible for return.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
